Delivery Information & RETURNS
Imogen & I currently deliver to the UK only. However if you are based outside of the UK please do contact us and we will see if we are able to help.
We offer free shipping on all orders over £50
All other orders are shipped with Royal Mail at a standard charge of £3.95
Express (2 day) delivery is available at £6.95
All orders are processed, packaged and dispatched within 24 hours after ordering (Monday – Friday) and delivered within 3-5 days when standard shipping is selected.
Express services are available at checkout for a fee of £6.95.
You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped and if for any reasons, there are delays, you will be contacted via email as a matter of urgency.
Unfortunately at this time we cannot deliver to a P.O Box. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact us at email@example.com
We understand that on occasion, our products may not meet your expectations. Therefore, following receipt of your items, you have 14 days for a full refund or exchange, providing the goods are unused, in their original packaging and in fully resalable condition.
Worn or washed items including those where tags have been removed unfortunately cannot be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances.
If you would like to exchange your product(s) for another product(s) please contact us via our email address: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you ASAP.
If you would like a refund for your product(s) please follow the instructions below:
- To return your product, please send it to: Imogen & I, Purbeck House, 10A Jameson Road, Harpenden, Hertfordshire, AL5 4HQ – Please note, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Please ensure you include the completed Returns Form with your order. Without this, your refund will not be able to be processed.
- We advise using recorded delivery via your local post office or courier. Please note that Imogen & I will not be held responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in the post or items that fail to arrive to us.
- Upon receipt of your product, you will be notified via email. Refunds will be processed within 14 days and credited back using your original form of payment.
